Finding Products & Searching Tips:
Our site offers thousands of quality products from world-class brands all laid out in an intuitive and user-friendly manner. Users can search the site for related items by category, activity, and brand, or use our search-box tool to find specific products. When using the search-box tool please refrain from using: 'and', 'or', '+', '-', " ". The less unnecessary words you include in your search the more efficient it will be.
Adding/Removing Products in Shopping Cart:
To add products to your shopping cart, add the quantity you would like to purchase by clicking on "Add items to my Cart" on any product page. You can add additional quantities in your shopping cart by changing the quantity and selecting 'update'. You can remove an item from your shopping cart by clicking on the trash can button. You may also purchase recommended products in the shopping cart by selecting the "Buy Now" button.
Entering and Revising Personal Information:
After entering your billing and shipping information in the proper fields, you may find that you have made a mistake. These errors can easily be corrected when reviewing your order by selecting the "edit" button prior to submitting the order. Customer phone numbers and e-mail addresses are always needed when placing an order so that we may contact you if necessary. This information is completely confidential, and never shared with outside parties. Your credit card information is encrypted by the SSL technology employed on our server.
Payment & Pricing:
At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept purchase orders for orders less than $1,500 in value. We hope to soon accept payment through PayPal.
Shipping rates vary depending on the product(s) being purchased. After adding item(s) to your shopping cart you will be able to view the shipping rates for standard, three day, two day, and next day shipping. We strive to process and ship all orders in an efficient and timely manner. With three strategically located warehouses across the United States, customers are often surprised at the speed and service we offer.
We are required by law to collect sales tax for all orders shipping within the state of California – unless you have tax exempt status and a resale number. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipping to any other state or country.
Discount Codes & Gift Certificates:
Discount codes are sent via e-mail to previous customers and those who sign up for the special offers on our homepage. Customers will also have the ability to purchase gift certificates from our "Gift Guide" page.
Onlinefitness.com ships via UPS. All in-stock items ship within 24 hours, and because of our three strategically located warehouses your order is usually a mere 2 to 3 days away from arrival. The customer receives a tracking # via e-mail the evening of the shipment. We currently ship to the US and Canada. At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO or post office boxes. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75 – details can be found on the Free Shipping Page
Tracking your Order:
99% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. An invoice and tracking number are e-mailed to the buyer the evening of the shipment. In this e-mail, the customer can find a link to directly track the package on the carrier's website.

– Within 14 days of receipt, a product may be returned for a refund or an exchange. The item(s) should be returned in the original product packaging and in resalable condition (-does not apply to faulty products). We ask that the buyer pay for the freight back unless the item is defective. We do not accept returns on personal care products unless they have a manufacturer defect.
