Within 14 days of receipt, a product may be returned for a refund or an exchange. The item(s) should be returned in the original product packaging and in resalable condition (does not apply to faulty products). We ask that the buyer pay for freight back unless the item is defective. We do not accept returns on Beauty & Personal care products unless they have a manufacturer defect.
Terms:
A product
can be returned if:
- Product is damaged or faulty.
- Wrong product has been shipped.
- Product is in resalable condition per the restrictions below, and is returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
A product
can not be returned if:
- Product or packaging is damaged by the customer (does not apply to faulty products).
- Product has been used in a manner that would prevent resale (e.g. Hydration products/Personal Care etc.).
- 14-day return period has expired.
